  • 1 pkg. (9oz.) Seabrook Farms Creamed Spinach
  • 1/4 tsp. summer savory
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoran
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 fresh mint leaves (very finely chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. very finely chopped scallions
  • 1 qt. buttermilk

    Cook spinach according to package directions.

    Empty bag into a 1 1/2qt. mizing bowl.

    Stir in all the seasonings, mint leaves, and scallions while the spinach is still hot.
