  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • spaghetti sauce
