- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 eggs, scrambled
Directions

1Slice zucchini (skin on) very thin.

2Saute in butter and olive oil until crispy and golden.

3Sprinkle with paprika and garlic. In another frying pan, scramble eggs.
