  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cups Diced Onion
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Parsley
  • 1 pound Fresh Zucchini, Cut Into 3-by-1/2-inch Sticks
  • 1 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon, Beef Flavored
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • Sea Salt And Coarse Ground Black Pepper

Directions

    In a medium pan, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add your diced onion and parsley. Cook until soft, but not browned.

    Add the zucchini sticks, beef bouillon, thyme and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to coat. Cover and cook until tender, about 12-15 minutes.
