  • 1 c. barley
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Add barley to boiling salt water.
