- 13 cup brown sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 2 cups zucchini, shredded
- 13 cup water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 23 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ground cloves
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 14 teaspoon allspice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Grease bottom only of 9x5x3 loaf pan.

3Mix shortening and sugar in a large bowl.

4Add eggs, zucchini, and water.

6Then, blend in flours, baking soda, salt, baking powder, vanilla and spices.
