Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. soft oleo or butter
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Cream together oleo, butter, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla, then add flour, cocoa, baking soda and cinnamon.

    Add 1/2 cup sour milk and mix with creamed ingredients.

    Add 2 cups shredded zucchini and 1 cup chopped nuts.

    Pour into lightly greased long cake pan and sprinkle 12 ounce bag of chocolate chips on top. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
