  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. grated zucchini
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

    Beat together first four ingredients.

    Add zucchini, walnuts and chocolate chips.

    Mix well.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes (check on it before then) in Bundt cake pan.

    Frost with glaze.
