- 3 to 4 c. zucchini, cut in small bite size pieces
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread cubes or crumbs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Cook zucchini 5 minutes and drain.

2Mix butter with half of the bread crumbs, then mix with other ingredients.

3The other half of the bread crumbs go on top.

4Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup may be used.
