- 3 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. chopped cheese
Directions

1Cook squash; drain.

2Cook onion and celery until celery is tender.

3Mix zucchini, onion, celery, tomatoes, cheese and salt. Add cream of chicken soup.

4Pour into casserole dish.

5Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.

6Put four slices of cheese on top. Return to oven long enough for cheese to melt.
