- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 zucchini (about 8 to 10-inches long), sliced
- 2 onions (small)
- 3 or 4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
- 8 oz. grated white cheese
- 8 oz. grated yellow cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onions; slightly drain.

2In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons cooking oil.

3Coat zucchini in flour, salt and pepper.

4Brown lightly on each side.

5Drain on paper towel.

6Use 2-quart casserole dish and alternate sliced zucchini, sliced tomatoes and hamburger.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered.

8Take out and sprinkle cheeses on top and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheeses melt.
