- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Slice zucchini (do not peel); cook in small amount of water until just crispy tender.

3Cook beef in skillet until lightly browned; add onion, cover and cook over low heat until onion is tender.
