- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 6 small zucchini (6 c.)
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing
- 2 carrots, grated
Directions

1Peel, dice, parboil and drain zucchini.

2In saucepan, melt 1/2 stick butter and add Stove Top seasoning mix.

3Add this to zucchini, sour cream, carrots, soup and 1/2 of Stove Top dressing crumbs.

4Mix well.

5Put in greased casserole.

6Melt remaining 1/2 stick butter; add remaining half of Stove Top dressing crumbs; mix until moist.

7Put on top.

8Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
