Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 28 oz canned diced tomatoes
- 1 /8 tsp. onion powder
- 2 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cup corn chex (or chex of your choice)
- 2 zucchini, sliced
- 1 can corn
Directions

1In large pot, melt butter.

2Add garlic & saute for 1 minute.

3Add tomatoes, seasonings, & chex, stir.

4Heat to boiling.

5Reduce heat.

6Cover.

7Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

8Stir in zucchini & corn.

9Return to boil.

10Cover.
-
11Simmer for 20 minutes or until zucchini is tender.

12Stir occasionally.

13Remove bay leaf before serving.
