- 3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. chopped onions (fine)
- 1/2 c. grated cheese (any yellow)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
- 4 beaten eggs
Directions

1Set aside 1/2 cup grated cheese for topping.

2Grease or Pam 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish or smaller for thicker crust.

3Mix all ingredients and spread in dish.
