- 1 yellow zucchini medium-sized
- 1 cup kale
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil sesame seed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

1Spiralize the zucchini. Set aside.

2In a pan, saute onions and garlic with sesame seed oil for 5 minutes.

3Add spiralized zucchini and soy sauce to the pan, and cook for 4 minutes on high heat.

4Add kale, and cook for another 2 minutes (no lid).

5Optional: Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
