  • 1 yellow zucchini medium-sized
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/4 cup onions chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil sesame seed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

    Spiralize the zucchini. Set aside.

    In a pan, saute onions and garlic with sesame seed oil for 5 minutes.

    Add spiralized zucchini and soy sauce to the pan, and cook for 4 minutes on high heat.

    Add kale, and cook for another 2 minutes (no lid).

    Optional: Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
