- 2 lb. zucchini
- 2 medium size onions
- 1/4 c. salt
- 1 pt. white vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Wash and cut unpeeled zucchini and peel onions.

2Cut in very thin slices and place in large pot.

3Cover with water and add salt.

4Let stand for 1 hour; drain.

5Mix remaining ingredients and bring to boil.

6Pour over zucchini and onions.

7Let stand for 1 hour.

8Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes.

9Pack in hot sterilized jars and seal.
