  • 1 c. cooked zucchini, peeled, cubed and cooked in Teflon pan
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. Carnation or Milnot evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. or less sugar
  • 1 pie shell

Directions

    Put all ingredients, except pie crust, into blender for approximately 15 seconds.

    Pour in frozen pie shell.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

    Then lower temperature to 350° for 15 to 20 minutes more.
