  • 1 c. cooked zucchini, peeled, seeded and blended
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix in blender all of the ingredients.

    Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

    Sprinkle top with cinnamon and nutmeg.

    Bake 10 minutes at 425°.

    Then bake 25 minutes at 350°.

    Center of pie should be set.
