  • 1 c. cooked, peeled, drained zucchini puree
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. Milnot
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • nutmeg
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Blend all ingredients together.

    Pour into an unbaked deep dish pie shell.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce to 300° for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
