  • 4 cups sliced zucchini
  • 1 14 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 12 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Directions

    Peel and cut Zucchinni in length -- remove seeds -- cut into squares -- cook until tender -- drain -- put into cold water until cool -- drain -- Mix with remaining ingredients -- put into prepared pie crust -- cover with top crust .

    Bake at 400* -- 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.
