Zucchini-Pineapple Cake

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. oil
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. each: baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. grated zucchini

Directions

    Drain pineapple; grate zucchini.

    Bake in greased and floured Bundt or tube pan at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
