- 2 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. oil
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. each: baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. grated zucchini
Directions

1Drain pineapple; grate zucchini.

2Mix in order given.

3Bake in greased and floured Bundt or tube pan at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

4Cool 10 minutes in pan, then finish cooling on a rack.
