- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic until tender.

2Pour off any excess oil. Add zucchini and cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
