- 1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 3 zucchini, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- oregano
- garlic
- parsley
- margarine
Directions

1Saute zucchini in margarine with onion until tender.

2Mix egg, 1/2 of cheese and spices in bowl.

3Add zucchini and onion to egg mixture.

4Spread crescent rolls (raw) in pie pan to make crust. Pour egg and vegetable mixture over crust.

5Top with remaining cheese.

6Bake at 350° until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
