- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Mix together zucchini, onion, biscuit mix, eggs, oil, cheese, marjoram, parsley, salt and pepper until zucchini is evenly coated. Pour into buttered 12-inch pie plate or an oblong dish (10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch). Bake until golden.
