- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 lb. zucchini, cut in pieces
- 2 (28 oz.) canned tomatoes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 green peppers, sliced and diced
Directions

1Brown sausage in large pot.

2Add celery and cook 10 minutes. Drain off fat.

3Add remaining ingredients except green peppers. Cover and boil 20 minutes.

4Add green pepper and cook until tender.

5Serve with warm Italian bread.
