- 3 peeled green zucchini
- 1 large peeled sweet onion
- 1 large can tomatoes
- spaghetti
- 1/2 tsp. sugar or substitute

1Salt zucchini and onion in 2 tablespoons of oil; when half-done, add can of chopped tomatoes and juice.

2When liquid is hot, add broken up spaghetti to liquid (nice handful).

3Cook until done (stir often).

4Add Parmesan cheese to each serving.

5Leftover sausage, pork and chicken can be added at the last 3 minutes cooking time.
