- 3 c. squash
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 egg yolk
Directions

1Cut squash into small pieces and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes; drain water.

2Heat sour cream and sharp cheese.

3Gently heat until cheese melts.

4Remove from heat and blend in salt, paprika and egg yolk.

5Mix squash and sauce thoroughly and place in casserole dish.

6Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

7Dot with butter.

8Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until top is brown.
