Ingredients: 1 c. cut sweet sausage; 2 c. chopped celery; 2 lb. chopped zucchini; 1 c. chopped onions; 2 qt. tomatoes; 2 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. Italian seasoning; 1 tsp. oregano; 1 tsp. sugar; 1 tsp. basil; 1/4 tsp. garlic powder; 2 green peppers, chopped

2 green peppers, chopped

Brown sausage, drain.

Add celery and simmer for 10 minutes. Add rest of ingredients, except green peppers.

Simmer 10 minutes. Last add green peppers.

Simmer 10 more minutes.
