- 1 large or 2 medium potatoes, sliced thin
- 2 zucchini, sliced thin and peeled
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- garlic and oil
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (use large can if you are making double amounts; you can also use plain Prego or plain Ragu and water it down so it won't be strong)
- basil, salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown garlic in oil; drain oil, then add remaining ingredients except tomatoes.

2Saute until tender, then add tomatoes and simmer.
