  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • salt

    Beat eggs; add cheese, oil and chopped onion.

    Fold in Bisquick.

    Add diced zucchini, salt and pepper to taste.
