Zucchini With Pasta

- 4 to 5 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces (half circles)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 to 3 leaves basil
- 1 lb. cooked rigatoni
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute onion in olive oil until soft.

2Add zucchini, basil, salt and pepper and saute in frying pan until cooked, but firm under medium heat.

3Combine pasta and zucchini in larger pan over low-medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat and add grated Parmesan cheese.

5Mix through and serve immediately.
