Ingredients
- 1/2 c. zucchini, cooked and mashed
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 yeast cake
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. scalded milk
- 1/4 c. warm water
Directions

1Combine zucchini, sugar, salt and shortening with milk.

2Heat to lukewarm.

3Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and add to milk mixture.

4Add flour and mix well.

5Dough will be soft.

6Let rise until double in bulk.

7Knead and shape into pan rolls.

8Let rise again.

9Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
