- 2 lb. squash or 2 medium squash
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
Directions

1Cook sliced squash and onion in boiling water, slightly salted, 4 minutes.

2Squash must be a little crisp; drain.

3Combine chicken soup and sour cream; stir in carrots, squash, onion and salt to taste.

4Combine stuffing mix with butter; spread half in baking dish.

5Spoon in vegetable mixture.

6Sprinkle on rest of stuffing.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
