Water, sprouted whole wheat flour, enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), ancient grains blend (amaranth, quinoa, millet, sorghum, teff), brown sugar, yeast, wheat gluten, palm oil, contains 2% or less of the following: sugar, sea salt, bakery glaze (water, vegetable proteins [pea, potato, rice], sunflower and/or canola oil, dextrose, maltodextrins, starch [potato, rice. and/or waxy maize]), cultured corn syrup solids, citric acid, dough conditioners (ascorbic acid, enzymes).
