Ingredients

High fructose corn syrup, enriched bleached and unbleached flour [wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate (vitamin b1), riboflavin (vitamin b2), folic acid], sugar, rolled oats, palm oil, water, evaporated apples with sodium sulfite added to preserve color, nonfat milk, corn syrup, yellow corn flour, contains 2% or less of each of the following: dried apple solids, calcium carbonate, modified cornstarch, wheat gluten, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), glycerine, cellulose, salt, honey, maltodextrin, cinnamon, citric acid, soybean oil, corn starch, sodium stearoyl lactylate, natural and artificial flavors, xanthan gum, dextrose, niacinamide, ferric orthophosphate, zinc oxide, vitamin a palmitate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin b6), thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin b1), riboflavin (vitamin b2), folic acid, soy lecithin, potassium sorbate and sorbic acid (to retard spoilage), topped with oat bran.
