Whole wheat flour, water, bran, vital wheat gluten, brown sugar, corn syrup, shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils), milk powder, yeast, salt, bread improver (wheat flour, datem, calcium sulphate, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide, l-cysteine, enzymes), dough conditioner (wheat flour, mono & diglycerides, soy flour, guar gum, enzymes), calcium propionate (a mold inhibitor).
