- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/3 c. oil (peanut, canola or whatever)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2In a large bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt.

3Add the milk and oil all at once.

4Stir until dough forms into a ball.

5Hand knead in bowl 10 times to smooth. Roll dough between 2 sheets of waxed paper to a 6-inch square (about 1-inch thick).

6Cut into 9-square biscuits.

7Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 9 biscuits.
