  • 3 can frozen 100% juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 envelope active dry yeast

Directions

    Mix cans of juice with 6 cans of water in empty gallon jug

    Add sugar to jug

    Mix yeast with half cup warm water.

    Let sit for a few minutes then add to jug

    Shake well.

    Remove cap and top with a balloon with some needle holes in the tip.

    Or roll up some paper towels and fit tightly in the top.

    This prevents oxygen from getting in and allows the co2 to escape

    Store in a dry cool dark place.

    If dark isn't an option spray paint jug black.

    Shake it up about once a week.

    It will take about a month to finish if directions are followed.

    If you use the balloon it will deflate when its done.

    Drinkable after 2 weeks.

    Let yeast settle a few days then add to old liquor bottles.
