- 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 pkg. Stouffers Welsh Rarebit
- 2 lb. bacon
- 2 cans water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 c. French-fried onions
Directions

1Cook and chop bacon; cook and drain spinach well.

2Cool.

3Thaw Welsh Rarebit; place 1/3 of Rarebit in pan (8 x 8-inch).

4Add spinach, bacon and drained chestnuts.

5Top with remaining Rarebit. Sprinkle with onions.

6Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 325°.
