- 8 c. torn salad greens
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 medium green peppers, chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
- 1 c. salad dressing or mayo
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Place salad greens in the bottom of a 3-quart bowl or 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.

2Top with layers of celery, green peppers, onion and peas.

3Do not toss.

4Combine salad dressing, sour cream and sugar; spread over salad.

5Sprinkle with cheese and bacon; cover and refrigerate overnight.
