- 1 1/4 lb. margarine
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook carrots.

2Make a sauce of rest of the ingredients, but crumbs and pour over carrots in casserole dish.

3Mix 1/4 cup margarine with bread crumbs and put over sauce and carrots.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
