- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- buttermilk, sufficient to bring total liquid to 1 1/4 cups
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.

3Beat eggs together with buttermilk and sour cream in a smaller bowl.

4Slowly add the liquid mixture to dry, mixing as one would pie crust.

5Stop adding liquid when the consistency is like that of a fairly soft pie dough.

6Roll the dough out to about 3/4 inch.

7Cut into biscuits.

8Bake for 15 minutes or until well browned.
