- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix as any layer cake.

2Preheat oven to 500°.

3Use iron griddle sprayed with Pam.

4(I use Crisco).

5Add 4 large tablespoons batter for first 2 layers.

6Then start using 3 to 3 1/2 spoons for other layers.

7Bake 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or lightly brown.

8Stake cake and ice as each layer is done.
