- 2 cakes or pkg. yeast
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. warm water
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 7 c. flour
Directions

1Use a good size bowl.

2Beat the first 4 ingredients with egg beater until mixture is foaming, then add the salad oil, salt and flour.

3Knead enough to blend well.

4Let rise until double in size.

5Make into buns; let rise again.

6Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in hot oven at 375°.
