  • 1 carrot
  • 1 leek
  • 1 sprig celery
  • 3 2/3 cups skinless salmon
  • 5 1/4 ounces smoked salmon
  • fresh dill
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons cream

Directions

    Finely cut smoked salmon. Peel the carrots and cut them into chunks, clean and chop the leeks, and dice the celery.

    In a saucepan, place the carrots, leeks, and celery. Add 1.5 liters of water and some salt. Bring to a boil and cook the salmon (cut into 4/5 pieces) for 10 minutes. Remove the salmon from the stock, mash with a fork, add the butter, smoked salmon and cream (or cream cheese). Add salt, pepper, and dill to taste.

    This recipe will be better if it is made the day before and served with salmon roe.
