- 1 carrot
- 1 leek
- 1 sprig celery
- 3 2/3 cups skinless salmon
- 5 1/4 ounces smoked salmon
- fresh dill
- 3 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/4 tablespoons cream
Directions

1Finely cut smoked salmon. Peel the carrots and cut them into chunks, clean and chop the leeks, and dice the celery.

2In a saucepan, place the carrots, leeks, and celery. Add 1.5 liters of water and some salt. Bring to a boil and cook the salmon (cut into 4/5 pieces) for 10 minutes. Remove the salmon from the stock, mash with a fork, add the butter, smoked salmon and cream (or cream cheese). Add salt, pepper, and dill to taste.
