- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 4 c. hot cooked wheel-shaped macaroni (2 c. uncooked)
Directions

1In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook chicken with garlic and black pepper 10 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

2Add spaghetti sauce and green pepper.

3Reduce heat to low.

4Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.

5Serve over macaroni.
