Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Directions

    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.

    Add egg to milk.

    Mix flour and sugar and shake with pineapple juice.

    Add to milk and cook over medium heat until thickened.

    Set aside to cool.

    Drain fruit cocktail and mix with pineapple tidbits and marshmallows in a large bowl.

    Add cooled mixture.

    Fold in whipped cream and set in refrigerator overnight.
