Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 4 egg yolks or 2 eggs
  • 1 large can pineapple
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1/2 lb. cut marshmallows (I use 1 pkg. miniature)
  • 1 c. whipped cream

Directions

    Cook first 4 ingredients over low flame until thick.

    Cool. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. 3
    Mix and let stand 24 hours before serving.
