  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenderloins
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 package onion soup
  • 2 cans water
  • salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Melt the butter in the bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Pour rice in bottom of dish and place (salt & peppered) chicken on top of rice.

    Mix the soup, cans of water, and package of onion soup- pour over chicken and rice.

    Cover dish with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
